Our Founder
The name ‘Jai Jawan Jai Kisan’ was given by Major B.C. Naidu who was a War Veteran in the Indian Army. He rose from the ranks of a Jawan to Major in the Indian Army, servicing the country since 1949 to 1988.
He worked as exceptional Catering Officer with all premier Indian Army Institutions i.e., OTA(Officers Training Academy) Chennai, AHQ(Army Head Quarters) Kota House Delhi, IMA(Indian Military Academy) Dehradun and NDA(National Defence Academy) Khadakwasla Pune.
JJJK was founded by him after his retirement as a small bakery and cafeteria run by him and his son Mr. Babu Chandra Naidu. It is his legacy that his son has carried forward for 35+ years.

JJJK has come a long way and grown rapidly from its modest beginning in the year 1989 under the able guidance of Mr. Babu Chandra Naidu.
The dynamic lifestyle of moving every two years, meeting new people, and adapting to new environments has shaped our Managing Director into an inspiring leader and role model for our growing workforce.
With vast experience in strategically manoeuvring manpower positions and optimizing deployment, he has consistently driven the company toward success.
Under his leadership, the organisation has grown from a modest team of just 3 employees to over 400 — a true testament to his exceptional vision, management expertise, and commitment to excellence.

The dynamic lifestyle of moving every two years, meeting new people, and adapting to new environments has shaped our Managing Director into an inspiring leader and role model for our growing workforce.
With vast experience in strategically manoeuvring manpower positions and optimizing deployment, he has consistently driven the company toward success.
Under his leadership, the organisation has grown from a modest team of just 3 employees to over 400 — a true testament to his exceptional vision, management expertise, and commitment to excellence.

JJJK has further grown from strength to strength under the able guidance of its Managing Director spreading its roots beyond Defence Establishments facilitated by our very own CEO Raju M.S.
An avid listener who strongly believes in the principle of “every drop makes an ocean” creating a cost-effective approach to ensure optimal results.
He has enabled the team to take up challenging roles and guided them through these situations in his long career of 24 years at our organization.
